    Washed the bride's Landy with Meg's gold class (two-bucket method). Finished it off with Turtle Wax 53409 ceramic spray coating. The latter seemed prone to streaking on larger panels, which I suspect...

    I could use some advice on how to better distribute compound/polish on my pads.

    For today's session I went with a flat orange Lake Country pad (5.5") and Meg's M105 compound. I spritzed the pad...

    Y'all were correct about removing product in low temps. Did my first compounding and polishing in 44-48f temps yesterday, and it was--as they say--a learning experience.

    Paint correction and ambient temperature

    Do compounding and polishing results suffer when done in low(er) temps? Not talking about sub-freezing conditions, but in the 40-45f range.
