Re: Where does PNS stand today?

Reset not going do decon your coating. Look into 3 ph wash from Labocosmetica. Good for yearly bi yearly decon wash.

I would pass on PNS and look into Gyeon CanCoat and there total remover. ...
  2. Re: what's the last car care/detailing video you've just watched?

I got my rigid for $25 for a Black Friday but that was a couple years ago. Compared to MSRP that’s a great price for the HF kit

Was rumored back in the day but I read somewhere someone with Gyeon in his user name said no…. Not sure.

It was more rumored and strongly suggested as products were a lot more similar that Tac...

I can’t find it but I’m guessing brown royals being non acidic but advertised as a touchless wheel cleaner has a VERY high PH. Old paint on wheels couldn’t handle the truth….

Full coating Gyeon’s seem to rate well. CanCoat a nice, easy to use coating lite.

  8. Re: Carpro Darkside; blotchy, streaky??

Clean them at least 2-3 times with the drill brush and BB. If you have an APC try that once. Better too much cleaning than not enough.

  10. Carpro Darkside; blotchy, streaky??

You should be able to strip with straight BB use drill brush to be safe. Not a fan of DarkSide as I felt it never payed quite even but I would not have called it blotchy. How many passes did you do...

Believe that is bumper on 2024 N. Think it first debuted on Asian spec one. May have been a prototype.

Just google 2024 Elantra N and you will see it.

    Re: Rinseless Washes - 2022

Yeah if I use a sponge I got a DirtLock in the rinse bucket with ONR. I don’t like ONR for the rinseless because of slickness but I do believe it encapsulates and keeps dirt down the best so use it...

  18. Re: Mike Phillips recommended foam pads for the FLEX Family of BEAST 8mm Gear-Driven Orbital Polishers

Well these pads were made specifically for forced rotation. I think thinner ones were getting blown out by the heat and never heard anyone talk about that being the reason but who knows.

  19. Re: Mike Phillips recommended foam pads for the FLEX Family of BEAST 8mm Gear-Driven Orbital Polishers

Forced rotation from what I can gather likes a thicker pad.

The Lake Country Force Hybrids seem to still be the go to.

You’ll see a night and day difference from your Kobalt.

No blower band needed as tip is rubberized. Does look cool if that’s important.

Re: Foamer Sprayer Pump & Sprayer

For hand held I like the IK foam pro 2+ the best. The Merolex was trash for me. The one from Ammo NYC work the best but for price and build quality it’s the IK.
