Your clearcoat has failed and your paint is detiorating, all you can do is have it re-sprayed.

I have Four Star UPP, 3M Performance Finish, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, and Poorboy's in my arsenal right now.

I would use a sealant to make the metal flake pop and the orange to be crisp!
