Yeah the Blackwing stuff doesn't make sense. Go and spend all kinds of R&D money on a great motor and very use it, all while calling other cars a blacking and not using the Blackwing motor lol.

And don't forget what Cadillac is doing. Putting the torque number in newton meters. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to put the torque number as a badge and makes even less to put it in newton...
The 240z had a 2.4 liter the 260z had a 2.6 liter etc etc.... The new Z has a 3 liter. They just made the decision not to continue the name for naming sake I guess. Makes sense for the most part.

That's kind of my guess. I have a feeling it won't be as exciting as most people are hoping so, BUT fingers crossed that it is something similar to what it once was.
Yeah I also haven't seen any in person so it's hard to say for sure. At first I didn't like the way it looked but it has grown on me as far as the exterior goes.
