I was glad that there was the 15% off sale. I made a purchase of over $600 so I might have gone a little overboard. I got a rupes mini as well as pads for it and my 21 plus other misc. stuff.

Hi Nick, I went ahead and made the order (#1459883). It still charged me shipping even the the total was $471.74 before shipping and after the great 15% discount. Thanks for the sale....it was just what I needed to get started.

I ran into the same issue on Saturday and ended up placing my order without the pads. I just gave Customer Service a call to ask about whether this was a glitch and gentleman named Brian stated that there should not have been a shipping charge. He was able to place an additional order for the pads with the 15% off and free shipping. He was awesome!

Hopefully they can do something similar for the shipping charge you incurred with your order.

I got a rupes mini....

You will LOVE the Rupes Mini and this is coming from a Flex guy. It's a beast of a machine, but capable of working the small areas on bumpers and pillars. I like using 3" Lake County Flat pads with it.

Yep ordered the kit that comes with the 4 creams though unfortunately only 1 of each pad. Ordered an additional 2 pack of each pad so I should be good to go.

Thanks! I will give them a call. It was the pads that kept popping up the shipping charge for me too. (ordered six pack of Boss pads since the deluxe kit comes with one of each pad.)
