Prevost Coach
I'm looking for some professional advice on what the best product would be for my 2001 Prevost motorhome. We have recently cleaned and buffed the entire bus to remove any small scratches, but I'm really not sure what should be next. I would like to get one product line, and stick with it. I hear all sorts of things about ceramic coatings, and different waxes. I'd like something to protect it, as well as make it easy to keep clean on the road.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. The coach does spend its life in an air conditioned building, so it is only outside when we are traveling, a few weeks a year.

I would use ceramic coating on the whole thing. It will make it easier to clean the bugs off the front of it.

I would ceramic coat just the front for ease of cleaning and max protection from bug guts, then use a paint sealant or ceramic spray coating for the rest.

Please tell me, what is the advantage of ceramic coating?

ceramic coating is the newest technology available for maximum longevity. If you wash your vehicle weekly the older style wax should provide about 4 to 5 weeks of UV protection before it wears off. The ceramic coating I applied had a manufacturer claim of 5 years of protection. Not sure I believe a full five years but it sure as heck is going to last longer than 5 weeks of the older waxes of decades past.

Re: Prevost Coach
Mike did a coach couple years back or so...
Believe a simple one step.
Did explained the rationale behind the process.
I'll see if I can find that article.
