Re: is the Rupes LFR75E really worth $200 more then GG3"

I had a chance to use a forum member's LHR75e last week. Needless to say, I'm planning to get one. There's no comparison to the GG3. It's like comparing a modern V6 sedan to a 90s Tercel.

I did a little write-up for a different forum: Rupes LHR 75E Mini RO Polisher - Thoughts | Detail and Wax | Bob Is The Oil Guy

I am going to be ordering a LHR75e this week on a pretty large order that I am putting together. I am looking forward to testing it out in a few weeks on my personal car before I start back up for the spring.

Ferrari vs. Pinto.....really? I'll say this, I'm sure its a good machine and they (Rupes) have really done something right with all the fans of it. With what I've had to work on my GG3" has handled everything just fine but if you need more of whatever its good to know there's options out there if you have the extra money.

Yeah I had seen that thread also. I am ordering the Rupes LHR15ES and the LFR75e this week. The big selling point for me is the very little pressure required with the Rupes due to my shoulders, along with the smoothness while running that they offer. I am excited to test them out once I get them.

    No, experience and technique is...

I can achieve the same results you will achieve with your Rupes with a regular rotary and in less time if I know what I am doing and I won't need multiple Rupes machines to do a car or a Rupes polish and pad system.

Don't want to start anything here, but saying Rupes is king is just silly.
