Question New Bifgoot LHR 15 technique questions

I recently purchased a Bigfoot 15 LHR ES after my porter cable RA polished died after 10 years of usage.
I detail around 10 cars per year in my neighbor and had some questions on proper techniques.
I have several compounds in my bag: HS speed, Adams Fine Machine Polish, XMT 360 and Wolfgang Uber AIO.
What are recommended settings for spreading out the polishes and then proper applications for speed on
the Rupes Bigfoot to work the polishes in?
I have lake county CCS smart pads 5.5in
and Chemical Guys Hex logic 5.5in pads.

Generally speeds 1-3 to spread and 4-5 to correct on my 15 ES.

With the 15ES use 1-2 for anything not 'polishing' related... 5-6 for correcting work is common. I find myself at 5 most of the time with the ES.

This is exactly how I use my 15ES.
