Menzerna 3in1 vs. HD Speed
Aloha!
I'm looking to add a AIO to my arsenal and narrowed it down to Menzerna 3in1 or HD Speed. Whats your take? Flex 3401 will be used. Thanks.

I like both and they perform very well but give the edge of workability and ease of removal to HD Speed. Price comparison wise, well their is no comparison as HD Speed at less than half the price of the Menzerna is by far a better value for the money.

Have not openend my small bottle of Menzerna. Have used a lot of Speed and really like it. That being said, the "protection" Speed leaves behind is very minimal IMHO.

One way to improve that is to do the entire car then remove. It contains HD Poxy which does require a curing period.

What Mark said.
That's the way I apply Speed too. I have found the protection to be very good considering the other benefits of Speed. You could also add a coat of Poxy which only takes about 15-20 minutes to apply by machine to an average size vehicle and get even longer protection.

I find the Menz leaves a film that is hard to remove, Speed on the other hand is very easy to remove, even when using in the sun.

Doesn't Menz 3in1 behave the same way? Do the whole car first then buff off?

Kind of interesting, I just looked at my 32oz bottle of Menzerna 3-n-1 and their are no directions on the label what so ever.
HD Speed 32 oz. $22.99
Menzerna 3-n-1 32oz $49.99.
So you can get two 32oz HD products, like Speed and Poxy which is a great LSP for lees than the Menzerna or Cut and Speed for a couple $ more than the one Menzerna product.

Or you can get a whole gallon of Speed for around $60, sometimes less.

Mark, you tape textured trim when using speed?
