Meguiars Heavy duty Headlight restoration kit
How many headlights can I do with this kit?

Have you tried compound / polish? I did my kids Civic last weekend; planned for sandpaper...but was able to get good results with compound (and then polished) only:
Follow that up with some lens coating and should be good.
