I would have to say FG400. UC is pretty potent (it's derived from M105) with the ability to repair some pretty nasty stuff given the right pad. Both are extremely easy to use and produce outstanding results.
Play around with FG400 and you can really get it to finish up LSP ready depending on what you are working on.
between 1000 and 1500. per the attached chart. I don't know from personal experience as I've never tested them against one another. This is cutting ability only though. As far as finish, I might agree with Mike that it finishes as well as FG400...maybe even slightly better.

UC is pretty potent. I've burned paint with it a couple times, on a PC.
