2014 Carpro Reload

I haven't had a problem applying Reload 2014. I've used it on my Jet Black 335 and a Dark Gray Audi R8. I diluted it 1:1 with water and only sprayed what was needed on each panel. Used one towel to spread and another to buff off.

Interesting video. 10 sprays? Seems like a lot to spread and buff, but I'll give it a try next time to see if that helps. Thanks!

I shook it like a madman yesterday before applying.
10 Squirts??!?!? That seems like ALOT....


But during inital testing you guys had before releasing this Formula, did u experience what i have been describing at all?

On former Reload it was also streaking sometimes on dark color cars, this happened when not well wiped off from surface or not used the 2 MF wiping technique . try the way you see in the video , cover well with squirts all over the area , 1 mf spreading and wiping on the Reload to the paint , and another new mf start buffing the residues off the surface. make sure surface is clean under .

I had the same reaction regarding the amount of product used after watching the video. Do you recommended that much every time Avi? Even after a coating with Cquartz UK?

Yes, spray well to cover the surface , not dripping spray from the paint but kind of film cover, then start wiping. using too thin spray on the surface and wiping make the Reload dry very fast on the paint, so when you wipe it on/off you smear the dry layer with the semi dry, so it haze.
when its more wet you spread it even all over wet layer.

the second mf wipe off is very important, use good mf, soft with great cleaning ability, preferred our BOA mf as in the video.

I find it easier to spray towel wipe on, take another towel buff off

Reload 2014 is much more concentrated formula than before,
i would suggest for dark color cars to dilute with water 1:1
dilution will make the application go easier,

for such car paints we advise you this:

1. Dilute the Reload 1:1 with water ,
2.Shake well after and spray Generously over the surface! not to spray thin,
3. Once finished spray use 1 MF for spreading and buffing on the surface using same side face MF for the panel,
4. Use another MF for wiping off the excess left after , good wiping off that will leave the surface glossy and clear!. use more pressure wiping if needed.
please follow these steps for best results!.

Avi what are your thoughts on using a damp towel to apply reload?

I used this method to apply a coat to my black SUV and I didn't notice any streaking whatsoever. As an added bonus the damp towel just glides across the paint so well and makes the process that much easier.

I know any water in the towel will dilute the product slightly, however you're recommending to dilute it anyways for dark colored vehicles so I figured this would be ok to do.

YES , this work as well , i heard good feedbacks its good way to wipe off too, even without dilution, but not soaked towel..

another technique i saw is spraying direct on the MF and apply on, second MF to wipe it off.

we will reduce the concentration in near future for more easy application.

I've noticed that the streaking issue is much less prevalent when the ambient temp is less than 80F.

If the temperature is higher than that level, the Reload will often bond and streak instantly upon being sprayed - before you even have a chance to spread it.

I will try diluting 1:1 when I'm forced to use on dark colors In high heat.

Also I've found streaking to be far more prevalent if reload is applied on top of other coatings. CQUartz UK and bare paint is no problem of course.

I'm having the same "oily" effect too.

It's been driving me crazy. I even switched car soaps
