Re: Blackfire Wet Diamond Consistancy
it shouldnt be watery. it should have some cream consistency. you have to put it in a bigger bottle (32oz) and shake it up properly. it hasn't emulsified properly. Liquid souveran had this same problem until they switched formulas.
I hate when AG employees just say its supposed to be like that. they know it needs to be shaken properly in a bigger bottle to turn into a cream, and a fresh bottle doesnt have enough space in it to properly agitate the product into a cream.

I know what you mean, I cant even pour the wax without spilling a bit when its that watery, that is why I'm not convinced when they say that its normal.

And you need to shake it really good for about 5 minutes. You can also try taping it on your DA (if you have one). Just remember to tape the lid shut too.

did you put it in a 32 oz bottle ? when you do so, you need to not shake it side to side, but you need to shake it up and down and let it slap against the bottom of the bottle. after a couple hard hits it should thicken up. like I said more so slap the product rather than shake it.
please lmk your results. that was the only way it turned into a cream for me.

Blackfire Wet Diamond Consistancy
Is there a separation line of demarcation in the bottle - like an oil/water mixture?
If not - it's fine to use. If so, and it won't mix by vigorous shaking - it's toast.
