Re: Best Tire Gloss? Like new car?
I haven't tried a ton of tire dressings, but I've been very pleasantly surprised with EcoTouch Tire Shine. I plan to do a review on it the next time I wash the wife's Pilot.

Chemical Guys VRP for the new tire look, IME
And the slinging from the other dressings is probably due to user error.
Make sure your tire is dry when applying the dressing and when your all done or before driving off you pat or wipe dry with a dedicated terry cloth towel. To help prevent sling.
Patting dry will leave the look (for the most part) and rubbing dry will make a more matte look depending on the dressing.
I usually like to rub the tire dry since it give the tire a more uniform look in the end.

Meguiars #40 is super sexy...
with a surgically clean tire it is deep and rich with just the most subtle hint of sheen.
Perfect for showcasing the wheels and paint!

This is interesting, everyone has their own favorite.
Started back in 2006 reading Mike. P posts and lots of practices, ended up writing a book

Not to be rude, mate, but, you need to get closer to the subject in order to see the difference.

Re: Best Tire Gloss? Like new car?
I found a bottle 32 oz. of Eagle One Tire Gel........... works very well and doesn't sling off after letting it dry. Only paid $3 !!!!!!! Wish I knew where I bought it, 'coz I'd definitely buy a couple more bottles.
It's not super glosssy. I put on two coats about 10-15 minutes apart and they look good. Not head whipping shiny, just nice dark and a satin sheen.
