Pumps generate potential energy (head) and flow rate in the fluid. You'd want to know the CFM of the unit, (knowing the head would help, but unlikely to find that info) and details about the piping configuration and the orifice (outlet nozzle), from that, you could roughly determine velocity.
Then, by knowing these factors, and:
By use of the applicable Bernoulli's principle/equations...
the desired (combined) velocity rate would be derived

Not real familiar with Bernoulli, but I thought it only applied to things like hydraulic fluid?

Measured the openings on the leaf blowers

    3.18" diameter at the origin

Tapering down to 2" diameter at the outlet

I think I will go with a 2" smooth bore vacuum hose and a tip to further reduce the exit diameter.

I plan on using this to test what size opening will produce the most effective air output. It is 3/4" and can be cut progressively to 2".

    •Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
(Both are examples of "fluid power")

    •Pneumatics: Uses gases (like air)
    •Hydraulics: Uses liquids (like oil)

To blow off cars, I'll flip the vacuum hose to the blower port on my Ridgid 6hp wet/dry vac and connect a nozzle to concentrate the airflow down:

This combination blast water off with ease. If you already have a wet/dry vac I'd strongly suggest picking up a concentrator nozzle for $10.

To improve the air flow in an attempt to approach Metro's Master Blaster levels requires horsepower, something an ordinary electric leaf blower doesn't possess.

For several years I've used a leaf blower I bought at Lowe's and had nothing but success with it.........

    I agree, Bobby.

Hoping that combining the HP of two 180 MPH blowers will improve the results I have experienced using one blower.

I am also looking forward to using the 10 foot hose versus holding the entire blower.

I use a Toro 230mph electric blower that works pretty darn well. I'm able to dry off the wife's QX56 with no spots - even with no wax\sealant on it. That being said, the idea of adding a hose is definitely appealing...
