Suggested Sprayer for Megs Wheel Brightener? It's crushing my Chemical Guys sprayers!
I keep destroying sprayer heads with Meguiar's Wheel Brightener diluted 4:1 for dirty wheels.
The product works exceptionally well, I so don't want to switch to something else and rinsing out the sprayer head after each use is unacceptable.
Is anyone using a Kwazar with MWB? I don't want to try it and ruin a $13 sprayer.
The Chemical Guys Heavy Duty Industrial Trigger Sprayer is not cutting it. Below is the correspondence from CG:
"Good Morning,
I am sorry to hear about the sprayers failing on you. For the wheel brightener i would recommend you use the gold and black chamber sprayer ,That one is the best to use when it comes to stronger liquids or even acids and it will last you longer.
the gray sprayer you have is mainly just for regular uses as in for like water, detail sprays, water-less washes, and or sprayable dressings. For degreasers and acid like product id go for the gold and black sprayer.

Is this sprayer supposed to stand up to products like Meguiar's Wheel Brightener?
http://www.chemicalguys.com/Chemical_Guys_ACC_115_GR_320CR_Heavy_Duty_Indust_p/acc_115_gr.htm
I have had two of them fail w WB over the last 4 months.
Is there a different sprayer you would suggest?
Thanks,
Kyle Allen"

Why not try the SprayMaster, you can find them at your local Home Depot. I have 2 of them, for acid and degreasers. Has not giving me problems at all.

+1 ...whatever I had picked up at Home Depot (I think it's the same thing) has been working for me for years. Wheel Brightener dilluted to 4:1 inside it. I don't use the stuff often, but the bottle/sprayer has lasted at least three years now.

The sprayers might not be dead! I use the same spray nozzles and one had the same problem with Megs WB. What is actually happening is the product is drying inside the spray nozzles and clogging the tip. Try just soaking the whole sprayer in warm water for a minute and then pumping straight water through it for a few sprays. This has worked for me in the past.

Rinse the sprayer out after EACH use. That should solve your sprayer issue.

I gave up on the spray bottles and went to garden pump sprayers.
This style, although I buy them at HD for less than half the price. Sorry AG!

Nope, but I always unscrew it and empty the spray head before putting it away. That way the chemical doesn't dry up and clogs.

I got a couple bottles from here, clear plastic bottle and white sprayer. I've had wheel brightener in it for over a year. I've not had a single issue. I'll see if I can find it.
