Lol, ;P
My sentiments exactly, $39.99? Same with Rupes light, what ever the price it's too high imo. Why not a brinkman, it's rechargeable too. Oh well, just my 2 cents, which isn't worth much.

Looks nice! I wonder if it is comparable in quality to other small high end units? The price is right if so.......

And running on 3 AAA's this thing will most likely eat up batteries, I'll stick with the rechargeable brinkman with the car charger for on the go.

What are the lumens on this light hate when the do not post this it really does matter. I'll stick with my Fenix TK35 820 Lumens and yes its not cheap but best light I have ever bought. I use rechargeable batteries which help with any light.

Yeah the Rupes light may work on flat surfaces better, but don't y'all forget that after you buy your Flex lights and Rupes comes out with theirs it WILL NOT MATTER!
The Flex just won't be cool anymore, and everyone will want a carbon fiber looking plastic Italian (Chinese) light. Oh, and being as it'll cost more it MUST be better.

Lol! So true!
But the Flex light has a forced rotation adjustable beam which allows faster swirl acquisition! :-0
Then again the Rupes light will have more "throw"!

I hear 'dat! I've usually got my little OLight M20 Warrior on me that'll do 5, 110, & 320 lumens plus instant strobe. But you talk about a battery HOG! Whew! And those 123A's are not the cheapest batteries in the drawer, I'll tell ya' that.

"swirl acquisition"
'Diggin' that one!
Northern Tool & Equipment, period. More lights than Carter has "Little Liver Pills". Little lights, medium lights, soft lights, bright lights, BIG lights, lights that charge, lights that use tiny batteries, lights that use 2 batteries, lights that used a LOT of batteries, lights that even use your power drill batteries, twist lights, single, double, triple, twist, flip, hang, prop, magnetic, click, see in the dark, see to the friggin' MOON you freaking name it type of lights.
But..... they do NOT have carbon fiber plastic-E lights.

Yes I missed that but a 130 is not enough in my opinion.
