Which Griots 6" DA KIT?
I am going to purchase the GGR6" as my first buffer. But I'm over whelmed by the choices in pads and kits. Which kit is the best starting point. I have. 38' 5th wheel coming that needs to be waxed. I also have 3 other vehicles that it would be used on. 1 is new and the other 2 are in good shape. With only swirl marks etc. I have some products already so mainly looking at the DA and pads. Thanks.

I stay away from kits as you are paying for stuff that you will not use. Order the GG6" with a 5" backing plate. Order 5.5" pads and get a minimum of 3 pads. I use Lake Country CCs pads. I order 3 each of the orange, white, and gray/ black. I also will order 2 red or blue pads for finishingect a product line and order a compound, Polish and sealant/ wax.

Whether you choose a kit or not, make sure you get the polisher with the longer cord.

Re: Which Griots 6" DA KIT?
Absolute getting the HD model. My first big task is going to be waxing my brand new 5th wheel. Would the red pad be recommended for this? Does brand matter? Lo pro or standard? Also are the pad conditioners needed?

The pads required depend on what is needed for the job. If you are only waxing then only a red or blue that is listed for waxing would be used. Most company will list what the pad is,used for.
