Why I will never pay more than $20 for a wax!

This is the hood of my black 2011 Range Rover Sport.
    Clayed
Polished with Meguiars 105 on a green lake country pad on a Flex rotary
Followed by 205 on a white pad and the PC 7424
    Then Meg's show car glaze
    Finished with . . . Wait for it . . .

Speechless... That does look pretty good. Now let see how long it'll last.

I hope you realize wax does not add gloss. If anything it takes away. It's purely for protection and changing the overall "look" of the paint.

Ops, I was talking about the glaze lol. I know about the wax making paint warmer and more depth. But that glaze is nice. Although I don't use glaze.

how hard was it to remove and completely buff off .... that's what I remember as the least attractive feature of store bought products.

At the end of the day its all about what works for you and what meets your budget. Often times I think about Finishkare and Collonite at that price point also, and they both offer a lot of value.

Re: Why I will never pay more than $20 for a wax!

so technically...shouldn't your thread title be "Why I will never pay more than $4 for a wax!"?

and while you are at it, should make a couple more threads "why I will never pay more than $2 for a t-shirt!" because you can buy a couple of white Ts for $2

"why I will never pay more than $4.99 for a shoe!" because payless has some good deals

but don't stop there, "why I will never pay more than $1 for a cheeseburger!" McDonald everyday value menu
