I have to give you credit that you don't jump on every new product that comes out. You use what you have first. I can't say the same. People like you tend to have very large bank accounts.

Did the CG products work for you as advertised?

You don't understand, I unsubscribed from the flavor-of-the-month club.

I'll give you an example - I own these two washes, 2 bottles of the works....and they give the exact same gloss, suds, lubricity and other attributes - I cannot tell a damn bit of diff - but they are fairly priced and work very well..buy why so many products?
don't get me wrong - great stuff - I just found a gallon of the one on the left for 17 bucks free freight ....I jumped on it...

LOL...thanks for the compliment, but I did used to jump on every new product...back in 2004 (before CG got their forum intro in a fit of pique by DavidB). I'm still trying to use up the stuff I bought back then (and of course a few more things along the way).
I did try a couple of CG washes that Danase was selling (that should date me) and as noted, they were fine and reasonably priced, but nothing spectacular, and I don't think they even sell those anymore because they've moved on to some new colors and new hyperbole.

Well.. that was my impression. I've found when a company has a long list of confusing products that advertise the same benefit often they take the same ingredients (maybe tweak them a bit) and repackage them with a slick, new name. I could be wrong about CG, I'm just saying... I'd still like to give at least one of their gloss products a try, whichever is best. Unless the majority here found no benefit. The best proof is user experiences/opinions, not their own advertising. I appreciate all the input.

Oh come on, that kind of thing doesn't go on in the detail products biz...

killer combo from CG. The label spelling errors and Billy Mays style marketing don't bother me, so long as the product work and is priced better than the competitors.
There is vast amounts of knowledge at your fingertips, use Google, Youtube, and the search button.

Well, exactly. That's what I was referring before about Meguire's and Mothers. Why several tire shine products, etc.,? It seems like they all do it.
