I love the meg twins. They work great once you get used to the m105. I usually use an orange or green pad. Then use a white or red with the 205. Thanks for the tip sal.
okay so i was bored . so i did another half n half rebuff / not buffing on the mercury i did (diffrent car) to make sure 105 / 205 is as good as i thought it was at first. lets just say the mercury that i had previously spent 6-8 hours buffing out pass after pass with other products and swirls remained. so i tape off a small area hit it with the 105 / 205 and holly !@#!@@#! lol not a single defect . where i did befor looks like i never touched it its so swirld still. . LC flat pads over ccs and 105/205 over uc / swirlx lol oh lord i need to stop testing things ima end up broke cause now i wana order more 105/205 and more flat pads and some other goodies geez auto geek i was never the type to spend money now yall are taking all my money! LOL
I had issues with my hood, roof, and trunk lid. Water spots and a hazy finish that I couldn't seem to eradicate. Following the suggestions of the guys here, I used 5.5 flat pads with the M105/205 combo and was floored by the result. I also spritzed with water to get a longer working time with the 105 phase. The 205 leaves a beautiful finish. I'm now a true believer.
