Are these set-up good enough to do paint correction?

    Hello, newbie here

I'm very happy that finally can found this forum, I'm from Indonesia and so sorry for my bad English, I just want to learn from all of you detailing experts.

So, I have just bought some of this stuff:

    Chemicals:
    1. Menzerna PG1000 (compound)
    2. Menzerna PF2500 (polishing)
    3. Menzerna Power Protect Ultra (seal + wax) <-- this is what they said on their website
    4. Menzerna metal polish cream

    Polisher:
    1. DA ERO600 G1+ <--- is this good enough? should I have any rotary machine?

    My question is:
    1. can these items perform enough paint correction activity?
    2. If it's not, then can you guys tell me what is the best option for a starter like me?
    3. Do I need another finishing step and chemical after applying the Menzerna PP Ultra?

    Thank you!

    Yes.

    Those are some great products.

I've never used the polisher you've referenced but I looked it up via Google and it looks like a copy of the Porter Cable and it should work just as good or better.

The PP Ultra is your last step.

Hi Mike ! Thanks so much for the answer, WOW i'm excited because it's you yourslef answering my question!

Do I still need a rotary polisher for heavy swirl? Or can I just use my Dual Action polisher?

By the way i have just bought your E-Book: "Complete Guide to a Show Car Shine" and really excited about it, I'm sure i will get many experience from reading your book

    Cheers!

Stay with the DA and buy some Menz FG400 for cutting. FG 400 works great on hard European paint systems.

Thank you for your reply! That's good knowing i can work just with the DA. Ok I will try first with this set up, and if it's works then I will buy that later.

    Cheers!
