Grid Guard Pad Washer vs. Lake Country 3000d pad washer
So I've been thinking about getting a pad washer for a little while, and looking at the Grit Guard and Lake Country systems. There's a big difference in price, so I'm trying to figure out the real difference, and if it's worth the difference in cost? Anybody have experience with both of these and have an opinion? Thanks in advance.

I have the Grit Guard and love it! Sorry, I cannot speak for the Lake Country. People say they are "expensive" but for me time is money. I despise washing pads by hand and believe the wash machine is hard on them.
Good luck in whatever you decide!

I have the Lake Country--I did a review somewhere (actually I think I just added it on to the end of someone else's thread), let me find it.
EDIT: Here it is: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/...ad-washer.html
As a point of interest, there is another version of the LC washer that uses a plastic "mushroom" rather than the stainless one.
