Did you see any correcting effects from the DP paint prep? (I know Mike mentioned a slight bit in his first go on the silver car he did when the line was released - due to the pad choice)
Either way, great job!
Thanks
Good question - couple different answers
1- I used the DP coating prep polish with a white pad to polish out minor swirls and brighten up the white paint, as well as "prep" the paint for coating.
The Wolfgang Perfekt Paint prep is a great IPA solution/panel wipe product. This cleans and also "preps" the surface to help increase bonding. So despite the fact you might be able to apply a coating right after the DP polish, I have always preferred to use an IPA wipe down type product, especially after machine polishing.
2-I got the DP coating prep polish for free with my last order during an awesome sale on AG.
The Wolfgang Perfekt Paint prep was part of the coating kit that I got to review. And I also wanted to use another PBMG product in this review to help achieve a great finish.

Re: Wolfgang Uber Ceramic Coating Kit Review
Are the included coating applicators a 'one and done' type thing or can they be washed/used again?
How about the towels you used to buff off?
Thought I read somewhere that with the ceramic coatings, ya don't wanna use on anything delicate after using them to buff off the coating as they cannot be cleaned enough to get all the coating residue out of them?

Yes the applicators are one and done.
I was wondering about the microfiber as well. I have put them aside and was going to ask the Autogeek wizards what they recommend. They are nice, so I wasn't in a hurry to toss them. Can any PBMG or Wolfgang rep answer this for us?
