My buddy has a mobile glass business and used one until the wind got ahold of it one day, and drug it across a brand new car at the dealership he was working at. If you get one, anchor it well.

Which model is that? Could one person set it up?

    They actually start @ $159+

Quik Shade Weekender Elite Instant Canopy (12' x 12')

    Weekender Elite

I set these up myself and it literally takes 7 minutes not including attaching the weights.

I've got a 10x10 canopy I think it's an EZ Up (not sure) and it's a bit of a struggle for 2 people, but, definitely takes 2. I'd love one that I could setup and take down by myself. My HOA would never let me leave it up, which I understand, but no way is it a one person operation. I cannot imagine how one person could set any of these up.

I'm guessing your canopy must be a steel frame then? These aluminum frame canopies are very easy to setup and tear down.

I like the looks of the canopy material on that Quick Shade, TFTA. I've been thinking of getting one too and somewhere between $100-$200. I was thinking of McGyvering some anchors with some canvas bags i have filled with sand and velcro'ed to the anchor posts. I'm scared of the wind taking one on a little scratch excursion!
