I would highly doubt they're the same product and doubt the manufacturer is the same company.
My assumption are based on the long held belief that Premium Finish Care manufacturers some of Blackfires product line. They also just so happen to manufacturer Ultima. Not the style of container or color.

While UWW+ performs fine, I find its watery consistency a bit under whelming.
