Re: The OFFICIAL Duragloss Enviroshild review thread, everyone!
Any reports as to whether this coating is maintaining its slickness over time?

I respectfully disagree. The polymers from the rinseless could adversely affect coat bonding To be sure use Squeaky, Eraser, etc.

Nothing white that I know of yet. I will be coating my wife's Dodge Journey here shortly but it's a White pearl color. I don't see why it wouldn't be safe for your wheels. Send an email to Durogloss and ask!
Also, never apply with temps > 90 degrees. They flash too fast

BTW, the MAX temp to coat is 90. I would wait for 80 IME.

I was told via an email from Bill @ Duragloss that I could use their rinseless wash to maintain the DGNCC, so using it inbetween coat #1 and #2 or even a third coat shouldn't hurt anything but I would use the Speedy Prep towel along with the rinseless wash as a pre-wash/lube for the Speedy Prep useage.
As far as slickness goes, I still feel the difference everytime I use my DG rinseless!

I also respectfully disagree. Anytime you're coating paint and it has been out in the elements, you need to ensure a proper bond...that means at most clay and SC or just SC alone. Why risk wasting your time and product??
Not to undermine what Bill says, but I've coated A LOT of cars. Do what you think is right.

I thought that after say 2 wks a good wash and wipedown with the Speedy Prep towel would be enough, especially on a well maintained, garage kept DD. I would think SC might wear down the paint coating a bit. That said, this is exactly what a thread like this is all about, good info!

I agree there has been some good info added to this thread lately. Have not had a chance to use mine yet. I read that it is recommended to not use aquawax for ~6 months. Do you guys think I should pick some up for future use? The reason I ask is there is a member on another forum offering me a gallon of it. I do have a bottle of 931.
He also has a gallon of 932. Or should I just get both from him.

Get both. Mix that 932 as a QD as it has Aqua Wax in it.
