Awesome review! Really surprised at the TW. A little disappointed with the Ultima and GT C4 knocked it out of the park!. Wonder how the new Sonax Trim Gel would have compared. Thanx for your time and effort.

Thank you so much for volunteering your time to help the detailing community! I have been happy with Duragloss trim products, #271 and #301 in particular.

I just popped for the Ultima. The performance appears disappointing, but it looks like it hasn't fallen off much more after the initial drop-off.

Ultima is a good choice. It has a good balance between ease of application, clean up, etc. Solution Finish requires gloves (should use anyway) and keeping if off everything else. Plastics compositions are different so some products work well on some compared to others.

Absolutely. I have no regrets because I got the Ultima and several other products for 35 percent off around Christmas, but then Autogeek lowered the price even more. Some folks got an even better deal than I did! My wife has a Pontiac G8,and nothing I've tried will stay on the side mirrors for some reason. I'm hoping the Ultima will be the magic bullet that works.

    This is a great test!
