    Re: Introducing: Duragloss Squeaky Clean

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought 501 is an abrasive cleaner (a polish) that has some protection qualities - an all-in-one type product. The Squeaky Clean is different in that it contains no sealant at all and no abrasives. It is considered a paint cleaner but it uses chemicals to do so, not abrasives. Another example of this type of chemical cleaner is P21S Paintwork Cleanser.

I could be all wrong about this but that is my understanding of it. If I am correct, these are two different products with different purposes. That is, Squeaky Clean will clean your paint but not polish it in preparation for an LSP. 501 on the other hand can be applied and stand alone as an LSP.

I agree with everything you're saying but I've always been under the impression 501 contained chemical cleaners. It cleans so well I use it for that purpose alone despite its AIO designation. I use other stuff for polishing and protecting.

Your spot on Spark, if your cleaning the paint, that's all DGSC does.

I was never under the impression they were similar or interchangeable products. Sorry if this was unclear.

    Re: Introducing: Duragloss Squeaky Clean

Sorry to dredge up an old thread but does anyone have any info on the online retail availability of Duragloss Squeaky Clean? I see it on DG's website only and for a 4 ounce size at $8.00. That's fine and will get that product at that location because i love the concept of how this is intended...paint cleaner leaving NOTHING behind...but i figured there would be a larger quantity and widely available by now.

    Any insider info?

Call DG and ask for Melissa (she's usually the one answering the phone unless at lunch time). She handles the orders for SC. She will know if it's available in larger sizes. 1-800-638-7245 I believe.

Didn't see Richy's response until yesterday. I will call them this week and let everyone know. Sorry for the delay.

    Re: Introducing: Duragloss Squeaky Clean

Ok, gang, just got off the phone with Duragloss. Unfortunately the DG Squeaky Clean is only available in the 4 ounce size. AG has it in the DG-1160 package for the Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System:

    Duragloss Enviroshield Ceramic Coating System

The woman (Jill) i spoke to did not know if that product would be offered in larger quantities at some time.
