My opinion of Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaner
Hands down, no question, absolutely most definitely the BEST tire cleaner I have EVER used! Never before have I seen a tire cleaner live up to doing what it should. I was so impressed by this product that I threw out all the other tire cleaners in my arsenal as I knew I'd never use them again.
The Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaning Brush is also the best brush I have ever used. Combine this brush with the tire cleaner and you have a winning combination that can't be beat.
In short, BUY THIS STUFF! You will never go back!

I agree. Great cleaner and brush. Not impressed with the tire coating.

How does it compare to Amazing Roll-off? I'm almost fresh out of my gallon of ARO so this might be worth a try.

Agree.. I buy this stuff by the gallon! Awesome brush too.
Just applied their tire coating to our SUV... we'll see how it lasts.

I agree. Once you use this, you will realize APC is useless on tires. I just bought a gallon as well.

Re: My opinion of Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaner
Is it safe on raw aluminum wheels?
I had a problem with the belch-white staining raw aluminum a while back.

Re: My opinion of Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaner
I use some really strong CG Grime Reaper
Like 4oz with 32 oz water
And i use it to clean my tires. x2 round
then
i use Amazing roll off, and i see BROWN stains coming off still.
I think i need to try the Tuf shine tire cleaner, i only wish that it is $30 a gallon instead of $40

Re: My opinion of Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaner
No APC even comes close to Tuf Shine tire cleaner. Just wish AG sold the gallon concentrated version. My routine is to first clean with OPC then for the last step use Tuf Shine.

I found the brush to work well, but to be ergonomically lacking--the handle was slippery when wet and I found it tiresome (oops, no pun intended) when doing a lot of scrubbing.
When looking through the brush area of my warehouse (oops, the laundry basket in my basement that I had thrown all my assorted brushes in), I found one of these SM Arnold brushes:
It's similar to the Tuff Shine brush (I think the bristles are a tad shorter), but as you can see the handle looks a lot better. I also found two more Meg's Gold Class tire brushes, but the first one has lasted since 2004...which is of course the reason I never got around to using the brush pictured above and forgot I had it...

Re: My opinion of Tuf-Shine Tire Cleaner
Is Tuff Shine Tire Cleaner safe for delicate wheels and regular clear-coated wheels if it gets on them (Which it will lol!).
I do have a bit of clear coat failure on my RX-7 stock wheel barrels and small bit on the face of the wheel and I read the product can "Stain some uncoated aluminum wheels". My WRX wheels are gold JDM painted and clear coated and I want to protect them from harm as well lol!
