I saw Ihaveacamaro using one and thought it was a great idea. Does work really well and it has a wide variety of spray patterns.

Let's put it this way, when you need to mist a crop of organic mushrooms to keep the relative humidity at 100% without water droplets forming on the pins (and preventing growth) a pressurized misting bottle is the only way to go...

The completely legal variety, of course. :-P
I'll tell you what though, some of those specialty pan-asian specialty grocery stores will pay upwards of $30 a pound for homegrown organic shiitake and enoki mushrooms...

Does the BF bottle have measuring indicators? What bottle did you use to measure the water?

No. I have a $2 spray bottle from Tractor Supply that is 1L and I use to measure water.

Re: BlackFire Pump Sprayer
Did you have any problems with it not holding pressure? I have one and it works fine but if I leave it sit for more than a minute the pressure is gone and have to pump it up again.

No, something is wrong. I can come back a week later and if I crack it open it's still holding pressure. Maybe check the seal where it closes up? Or, you could pump it up empty or with colored liquid, submerge it in a bucket full of water and look for bubbles or the colored liquid to find the leak. Or, just call AG and tell them it's not holding pressure and see if they will replace it.

Re: BlackFire Pump Sprayer
Sorry to drag up and old thread but I was wondering how anyone found these to work with a slightly more viscous fluid (Sonax Full Effect)
I bought this one from Home Depot
Unfortunately it does not work well with Sonax FE. I can't get a workable spray pattern. Straight stream works fine but with a wheel cleaner you want a nice spray pattern. If I try to adjust it, all I get is a very weak stream.
It works well with plain water but something thicker, not. Before I invest in a different one, was wondering if anyone had good experience with a different one of these and Sonax or similar.
