Review: Dodo juice Time to dry

Well this is my first review on here. Thought I would begin with a simple to use product.

Dodo juice time to dry 250ml

Review: Dodo juice Time to dry-imageuploadedbytapatalk1361236534-515408-jpg

    Comes in two versions
(250ml and 500ml) the 500ml is only available over seas

As the instructions state: spray on freshly cleaned wet area.
    Dabbing preferred over wiping.

    Sprayed a nice coat.

Dabbed the area which left it blotchy.
Which a few seconds air drying it disappeared almost completely

Did a final wipe down of the area

Sprayed the rest of the car and repeated the steps

    Final thoughts:

Scent: hard to describe, if I where to guess it would be a clean scent, like a house hold cleaner possibly.

(Ease of Use) Easy, just spray & wipe

(Appearance/color) has a nice lavender color to it

(Slickness) super slick. Feels like soap almost.
*makes it difficult to wipe off if there is not a considerable amount of water on the panel.

(Price) 12.99 not Appealing to most

Personal opinion, honestly if it wasn't on BOGO I wouldn't have bought it.
NOT because I think it's pointless but
simply because I didn't know it existed.

It helps against marring the paint when drying due to its high lubebricity which is pretty awesome. It is a step up from the standard QD without a doubt.

The added slickness makes it superior In aiding the towel to glide across the paint preventing most marring to the paint.

When I sprayed it on the panels I noticed the water would gather causing it to drip down, this worked well on all the areas with it sort of sheeting the water away. Vertical panels were a breeze to dry

Would I buy it again ? Would I recommend it ? Yes and yes. Specially if I had it on BOGO or a nice discount.

Bought some on BoGo too. Only thing being, I wont be using it on my car.
Says it changes lsp to sheet more reather than bead. I perfer beading as of now.

I am intrested to see how it acts on other cars that aren't maintained as well. Where the lsps are starting to fail.

    I forgot about that.
I'm going to take a look at my beading when I wash again next week.

have you tried it with a rinse less wash as a drying aid?not that you really need one.just a thought.[trying not to justify buying on bogo]

Very well written review. Would you say this is a better alternative to QD spray?

Yes, RW works well since it is a more slick than a QD. I actually use that for car shows whipping off the layer of dust accumulated during the ride.

Thank you. If using it to dry yes. If using it as a QD to remove light dust on a dry surface. no. Simply because it's to slippery causing it to smudge which in turn takes a a couple of wipes potentially causing scratches.

I tested it out on a small spot a few days ago while the car was a little dusty.
It took more than a few wipes to get the surface dry due to its high lubebricty

    Cool first review!

Man, that Synergy Green looks fantastic...

Have you tried their Basics of Bling? Sadly to say it did nothing for me.
