    Expensive waxes

What the absolute most you'd pay for a car wax?

After $69.99 how much better can a wax really get and imo you're just paying for the name hype etc at that point
Granted I'm putting my money where my mouth is and I'm testing a lot of waxes, varying price ranges, etc

Honestly maybe 30 bucks. I'd rather have a great sealant. Some people here are wax crazy and rave about longevity and durability, but these same people reapply every month! Plus I am a strictly DD only owner, so my pretty wax job only looks great for a day or two. Plus people will boost a lot with a QD between washes and waxes too.

The most I've ever paid was for Pinnacle Souveran which was on sale for half price at the time. Outstanding product. I was willing to pay $50 just to try it but just couldn't allow myself to pay full price.

The next most expensive is Griot's Premium Carnauba Wax...$39.95 less the discount promotion Autogeek was running at the time. I haven't tried it yet but will once Spring rolls around. I expect to find it outstanding as well.

Well I spent $100 but that was for Fuzion an you get two jars so it was really only $50 a jar. But regular price is $175 and then I bought Souveran at $75. I do find that they have a better shine!
