Megs WB is miles stronger than Sonax. PH balanced wheel cleaners can only do so much and thats when wheel acids like WB come into play. Get a wheel that is extremely caked in brake dust and you will see a significant difference.

Yes, it can't be used on ALUMINUM. That's where Sonax would come in.

Re: Megs Wheel Brightener vs Sonax Full Effect
I have said this many, many times, but I still think that Brown Royal is better. It's cheaper at $18 a gallon and can be diluted up to 5:1 on some wheels, safe on all wheels including bare aluminum among many others, and works just as well as Sonax or very close to it.
You can also use it on wheel wells, tires and even paint when diluted properly. No, it doesn't turn red, but it's $0.14 per gallon instead of Sonax which is $0.94 per gallon which can't be diluted. It's almost 10 times cheaper and works just as well.
To be honest, I have no idea why people don't try this product, maybe it's because it's only sold at one location and it's not a wide spread/talked about product, but it is truly amazing and a price that you can actually live with.
I may sound like a fanboi and maybe I am, but I can honestly say I don't have a reason to buy a more expensive cleaner.

That's the only knocks to the products and like you already said its sold in only one location so when a site goes on sale you forget about stuff like that.
