    Thanks. I hope you like it! I didn't notice any cleaning, but I did make sure the trim was as clean as possible first, as to not affect durability.

    The truck was washed and in the garage. I wonder if its so thin it may have flushed some dirt out of the mirror seams? You really cleaned your trim up well, so it may not clean,just shine. Sure looks good thou.

    its probably the solvents that are doing the cleaning action. which is why its important to APC the area well first, so you get a good even coating without disturbing the product's drying agents.

    just to note , optimum metal polish is an AIO with protection , correct ?

    Thanks. Honestly I don't know if it's an AIO. I thought it wasn't and thats why I used it instead of Collinite Metal Wax. I will look and let you know.
