    Re: Review: Metro Master Blaster

    Thanks guys!

A little update. I spoke with David Stern of Metro at DF this weekend and explained about some people suggestion that running it on 15 can be hurtful. I've always been fine with 15 breaker as long as I turn one on at a time.

David said it's no problem. If you have it running it is not going to harm the blaster being on a 15.

Would the MB be ok to use with rinseless washes? (Wasn't sure if there would be any type of streaking)

I wouldn't recommend it for rinsless personally.

I never tried it but it just seems to me part of the rinsless process involves wiping the polymer laden water dry section by section.

    Re: Review: Metro Master Blaster

Hate to be contradicting Corey here, but I have used a different blower (not the Master Blaster) for rinseless washes, and it works perfectly fine - if anything, the Master Blaster would probably work better, since I'm pretty sure it pushes out more air at a faster speed than my dinky electric blower (so you're able to blow the remaining rinseless solution off before it dries up on you, a problem I had on large horizontal areas like the roof). I've always felt that the added gloss that rinseless wash polymers bring is just a side-effect of the need to have them there in the first place for dirt encapsulation purposes.

    Re: Review: Metro Master Blaster

There was some thought that part of drying off the rinseless wash "spread" it over the panel leaving a thing layer of polymer's behind.

What we need here is an in depth, scientific study where half the car is blown dry and the other half is towel dried. Then we'll pour a bunch of mud all over it and see which side slides off easier with the hose.
