It's funny too, cause the previous owners told me it was broken. Come to find out...I changed out the filter, replaced the reservoir cap, bought new lines with a wand, and the thing ended up being my go to extractor for a long time. Just cause it's old...don't mean it ain't good!! lol

hhhhhmmmmm.... thinking about this one now lol! Maybe I will paint the exterior though to make it look newer

Yeah dude, I bet you that box extractor would out last that Powr Flite ten fold. I mean the one I have is a fricken beast. They usually need a little TLC cause they tend to sit for a while. I had to reseal the bottom of mine cause the reservoir was leaking on the bottom. Once I fixed it up, it was good to go.

Thing I loved most about it, was it had a release valve. It actually made it easy to empty the reserve! Imagine that! That seems to be something all these new extractors are missing. You have to take the damn things apart to empty it, ha.

Yeah, my box extractor wasn't heated either. I just put hot water into it. If you have a Mytee Lite then you don't need nothin else.

6 or 7 years is a long time for an extractor. I didn't know your Mytee crapped out! That sucks man. So that's why you bought the steamer?

Haven't gotten the steamer yet...... incorporating and changing banks for the business account and other crap has postponed buying the steamer until hopefully this coming week..... been a long process lol. My mytee lite II was used quite a bit for 2 years....... then took about a 3 year break (used a couple of times a year maybe) then when I brought it back into the game it lasted only a couple of months - But I can say it was an awesome extractor compared to others I have used. Getting the steamer for the ability to use it for multiple reasons.
