    Drywash - A day in the life of B & B Tennessee

Alright everyone..... I have made it a goal to bring my camera to EVERY job this year. I have so little pics compared to 99% of people on here mainly because I just never brought a camera.... never really worried about it, just wanted to do a great job and go home. BUT, this year will finally be pic heavy for me! So these pics are all from today.

I also wanted to show you guys my system..... a waterless system! I have been doing it this way for many many years and works great for me - All of the first pics are from one of my fleets - they were all completely caked with 2 months of winter weather on them as well as thick salt. The cars are in and out, so there may not be too many cars in the photos, but I did a total of 12 this morning...... then the decal removal pics were from a bus that I am prepping to polish for thursday..... and the last 2 cars were a couple of quick in/out details picked up at the end of the day. This is a photo-gallery of my 9 to 4 job today!!!

Oh Yeah - forgot that I picked up this side job .... an in and out detail (no polish) DryWash.......

These were the last 2 cars picked up........... Yes these headlights were done by hand without a "special lense kit" lol!

See - I finally brought my camera!!!! Very similar day lined up for tomorrow - I will take tons of pics, but will not bore you guys again.... suppose I wanted to show off the Drywash system and was just super happy that I actually remembered the camera for once lol!

Nice work. I'm completely compelled by the drywash thing your using here. Can you elaborate on exactly what you do? Or is it your little secret? If so completely understand. But I've never seen anyone use no buckets or anything. Usually, it's something like ONR. So I'm really curious on how you manage to do this without inducing more swirls or scratches into the paint.

Never had an issue with creating swirls or scratching at all..... one I always shake the MF before using, two if it every touches the ground NEVER use it for that job (must wash), three the product I use has clay in it which lifts the dirt off of the paint..... and in situations like these being super filthy..... I saturate more than normal each panel and lightly do a once over (no scrubbing) just to remove the dirt then buff with a MF. NEVER had an issue doing it this way.... but I am careful.

Are you using a CG product that contains kaolin clay? If so kaolin clay, while it does provide a light cleaning action, is also a filler.

Yeah, that is it. It has the clay/wax/cleaners in it - brightens paint and makes my clients very happy..... never had a complaint using it.

Great work Anthony. Our conversation recently about the dry wash has me thinking...glad to see your pumping out a good number of vehicles daily.

I see Joel in there working hard as well.
