Yeah - I tend to forget to take befores unless my guy reminds me lol! The first Taurus pic is a before (no sheen to it) the other 2 Taurus pics are afters. I keep forgeting to take the pics of the jambs as well - they turn out really nice with the drywash.

Looks good again! What do you do if there is a heavy film of dirt (heavier than you would like to see, whatever amount that may be)? Do you just soak the panel, do you switch to a traditional wash?

I will spray extra on the panel...... then lightly do a pass to remove excess filth, then go behind with the other hand and buff it in. Sometimes it will leave a slight film and a I will lightly mist the panel again and it turns out great.... Ive had to do this a few times with the nasty salt and winter grime. Most regulars are in great shape though cause I keep up on them.

The only time I have used water and soap is sometimes in the summer for my fleets that have bugs all over the grills...... and I only use it on the grills and on tires to clean before dressing, bugs can be a real pain by hand!

Not a drywash - but continuing a day in the life of B & B - this thread is making me remember to take pics lol!!!! This is a correction from today -

Again - this was a correction , not a dry wash........

Those are knicks by the way - sun went away too

All swirls and holograms are gone - does have orange peel, but Im not wet sanding an Impala - and she was amazed by the turn out - said it looked better than when it was new

    B&B,

    I may have missed it,

but what do you charge for a dry wash on say the Mazda and two Fords?

I am at about $25-$40 depending on size and such and I traditional wash them which takes usually an hour or 90 minutes or so.

And how many $100 - $150 jobs are you able to do every month?

Just curious to see where other detailers are at in dfferent locations.
