When using an orange pad, do you see as good of results as you would if you went with the white pad?

Sounds like several of us will be trying the 360 this weekend. I was thinking white pad for my PC...good choice?

360 is pad dependant so you can adjust the desired level of cut .When I used it I normally used an orange pad and it worked great. I have replaced it since with Megs D151 as it was more cost effective and cut faster . But I really did like the 360 and it is a great paint cleaner.

My experience and my initial bad experience with XMT360 was with using (green) light polishing pads on my Cyclo. I do not know if it was the power of the Cyclo or the pads ,but I had dusting with XMT360. All of this was rectified when I switched to (white) finishing pads. I may have lost a little in correction ability, but the product worked flawlessly with this combo. Perhaps with a PC (and adjustable speed) different combos would work with XMT360.

360 is a great product, if you haven't tried it out yet give it a try. I use it by hand and with polisher and I love working with it.

I have used it with Rotary ,PC and a Flex and never any dusting. You just work it until it disappears . Sounds like you may have used to much or worked it to long.
