Re: Lake Country Hydro Pads
If there is a defective pad that you have, just call me here at the factory. (262)-367-8395, I will glady take care of it. I can make the loop go to the edge, but no distributors have asked for that.

Re: Lake Country Hydro Pads
All 14 pads have failed either with the backing separating completely or the foam tearing apart where the backing doesn't reach to the edge of the pad.
Since then, I've thrown them all away since I didn't want to bother the folks at AG with more replacement pads being as they were kind enough to send me 2 free replacement pads which failed the same way as the rest. I'd love to help you, but I won't order more of them. I do have a few photos I believe.

If anyone has them still. You should send them back for inspection. With a pre-paid label from LC of course.

Re: Lake Country Hydro Pads
Let me establish one thing here first. I LOVE Lake Country pads and products. I'm a HUGE fan of the cyan and tangerine correction ability, but I just want the pads to be fixed so that I can use them again. I'd love to be a part of any test groups you may run though as I"m sure John would as well. We've both had issues with them and both use 2 different types of machines. I use the new Griot's DA and he uses the Flex 3401 DA.

What about a different style of pad out of the Cyan and Tangerine?

Re: Lake Country Hydro Pads
You mean to test them? A new version? Or are you asking if I have problems with other pads such as the CCS or other flat pads?
I've had great experiences with CCS pads and the Griot's pads. No backing issues other than 1 CCS pad that I used so much the backing just quit sticking to the backing plate, but that's understandable.

Eric,
I've never had a CCS pad fail on me. Would it be possible to get the Hydro Tech pads with the same type of black velcro backing as the CCS, or would it not make a difference?

Re: Lake Country Hydro Pads
It's not the actual backing that failed but the adhesive process used to attach the backing to the pad that's failing. Could possibly be related to the actual fiber-type not working properly with the way it's adhered, but not sure.
