Re: Review: Griot's Garage Wheel Cleaner

There was all kinds of stuff there. MBs, Triumphs, Jags (including an XK140), etc. Great stuff.

Yea, the wires are tricky. And cleaning them up for the owner is going to be tricky too! I wonder if I can spray some Opti-Seal on them once I get them clean and keep the dirt to a minimum for a while.

Excellent review. Have you had a chance to use Griot's Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner as a comparision?

Thanks for the review. I'm curious how well the product clings and foams. Any insight on this?

I had a 1963 Ford Galaxy 500XL that had both mirrors mounted on the fenders. Oh what a PITA to get them adjusted and hoped no one came along to chat and prop their hand on the mirror ! ! !

I ran out of Sonax Full Effect one time and used Griot's Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner. Not a bad product at all! Good review!
