    Poorboys Bug squash

This is one of those products that just works everytime. Once a month I travel about 300 miles across Florida on the interstate and usually encounter bugs somewhere on the trip. Last week I made the trip, came home with a front end infested with all sorts of bugs… Spray on the bug squash at diluted 3:1, wait about five minutes and simply wipe off, almost all of the bugs come off with the first swipe… Amazing stuff…leaves my LSP alone too….

Poorboy's Bug Squash: Removes bug remains, even Love Bugs, from car windshields and front bumpers. bug remover, pooboys bug remover

And this chem guys brush works fantastic for a honeycomb type grill:

Until last summer when I decided to try 3D Bug Remover on a whim, Bug Squash has been in my arsenal longer than any other product I've used. Good stuff.

Nothing to miss, I was simply trying to communicate I like Bug Squash so much It's the one product I've consistently used longer than anything else. Other products come and go, but a bottle of Bug Squash was always found on the shelf.

I ended up with 3D late last summer when I ran out of Bug Squash and many places were sold out of it. I think I like Bug Squash better because I have to use 3D at full strength to get the same results I do with Bug Squash at their recommended dilutions. The Poorboys will go much farther for less money.

Does Bug Squash need to be rinsed off? That was my issue with Sonax, which basically makes it just useful as a prewash step.

    Re: Poorboys Bug squash

For me it depends. I'll either use it as Glen describes for a spot cleaning, or I'll use it as a pre-soak.

Often after a road trip, or even routine use over a few days during certain times of years, my wife's car will get a serious build up of bug splatter. In those instances I'll spray the hood/front area and the side mirrors with a heavy application of bug squash and lit it dwell while I prep my wash buckets. I'll then rinse it off as part of my normal wash process and go from there. For really bad cases I'll spray on more and then gently go after the mess with a Sonax bug scrubber.

Thank you....much clearer to me now. I bought a gallon of the 3D product, and currently dilute 4:1 and it seems to work pretty well. Summer is the only time I really have a bug problem.....and the last couple of summers, I've not really driven that much. With the price of gas and the fact that I drive a Tundra, I doubt I'll find myself driving that much this summer either.
