Am I the only one who actually likes warming up their 845?

Re: Gyeon Q2 Wax Review
It didn't bother me except when I forgot about it in cooler weather and I had to wait for things to soften up.
I can remember a few times when temperatures were cool/cold and ran into issues. Once I sat it out in the sun when I started polishing, but temperatures were still too cool to liquify everything. A couple other times I left it in the garage rather than sitting it out in the sun. In every instance, the problem was easily solved by dropping the bottle in a small bucket of hot water, but still slowed me down.

Re: Gyeon Q2 Wax Review
Today was the first wash of the XR8 since I coated it with Gyeon Q2 Wax.
I have never seen a wax this hydrophobic before.
The way water simply fell off the car with this wax was very ceramic coating-like. Once I hit it with the blower, the remaining water beads shot from the car with ease. And it seems to play well with the OG Drying Aid. To say I am impressed with this wax would be an understatement.

Re: Gyeon Q2 Wax Review
Sandro from Car Craft just posted his review of Q2 Wax -
Gyeon Q2 Wax Review & Testing! - YouTube
Interesting results on the red panel. I actually experienced a bit of the wax ghosting on the bonnet of the XR8, hopefully that didn't compromise the bond like it did with Sandro.
Also interesting the test section with regards to using Q2 Wax as a topper to existing ceramic coatings, causing the coating to loose it's attributes. My hunch here is that the wax clogs the "pores" of the coating, causing it loose key attributes such as water repellency. In such case, I would have tried an iron remover, IPA or even some a light claying to see if that revived the coating.

Had the same experience topping my Cquartz coating with it. Biggest mistake I ever did topping it with Q2 wax. A decon wash does not help.

Re: Gyeon Q2 Wax Review
I was very surprised watching this video last night over dinner. I'll be applying the very same coating, Pure EVO, to the EN and I'll be skipping the Q2 Wax going forward.
