GS (i.e. Gran Sport). Black walls on a Riviera Roger? Not if you’re a purist (such as myself).
Anyway, we’re off on a tangent now… but thanks for all of the kind words .

That's cool that your a purist but maybe because I'm from Detroit we modify our cars and GS means muscle and I'm sorry, white walls and muscle don't go together...IMO.
While I'm at it, did the front bumper grow on the Riv from 1971

Re: Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer
As an update, used the Sonax ultra slick on my black RS7 and my fire glow red Indian…and so far pleased. Great shine, dust repellent is in par with 007…so will continue to use this. On my motorcycle…bug removal after a 700 mile trip was easy. Loving this product so far!

Regardless of where you’re from, a GS is different than a RIVIERA GS. Riviera’s are personal luxury cars and were originally sold with white walls. Black walls may be okay on a Riviera, but just because a Riviera GS has a few performance upgrades does not mean it’s a muscle car. We will just agree to disagree on this one as I’m done with this subject.
Bumpers on all cars got bigger in ‘73 due to new government mandates. Just like today, when government bureaucrats get involved everything gets “F’d” up…
Let’s stay on topic from here on out. I’m guilty of derailing my own thread but I’d prefer to discuss Sonax.

Re: Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer
Does Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer contain any UV protection?

Re: Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer
It doesn't play too well with my F1000p. It's grabby. No streaks, though. I'll use it under the hood.

Re: Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick Detailer
Just picked up a bottle from Amazon. Same price with free shipping as I could get from AGO with 25 pct off + shipping. I bought it to test it out against Griots Ceramic Speed Shine. Both work very well as drying aid, both give good gloss and seem to be even as far as repelling (or simply not attracting) dust goes. Sonax was definitely slicker though. You could even feel it during application as a topper (over DrBeasleys LS-10) . Durability....not sure that will even get a chance to play out.
Price point comparison.....Griots 22oz for 16.99 = 0.77 per ounce......Sonax 19.99 for 750 ml (25 oz) = 0.80 per ounce...for anyone who crunches the numbers like I do

I'm pretty sure it ships from PBMG so I'm sure AG is cool with it
I'm looking forward to getting this product into my collection and I'm even going to get that "beast" wheel cleaner for the rare times the wheels are dirty...like now for instance
