I don’t understand why so many people confuse this product for a quik detailer...

Renny Doyle Beadmaker Revisited - 2month Standalone Review
Because of its ease of use, where it fits in the detailing process, relatively low protection, and instant gratification, slickness and gloss.
But most importantly for a quick detailer; difficult to streak, no hazing from layering and can be used as a drying aid.
By definition and usage, it is absolutely in the modern Quick Detailer category.
And yes it can absolutely be used to wipe dust.

Show me where on the directions does it state that it’s safe for wiping dust off.
This is the Renny Doyle Quik Detailer.

And this is Beadmaker.
Renny Doyle Double Black Bead Maker Paint Protectant
They both have very specific descriptions.

Re: Renny Doyle Beadmaker Revisited - 2month Standalone Review
Thanks for pointing that out.
It also doesn’t mention use on interiors but that’s what P&S recommend and how high volume shops are using it; as an inside and out detailer.
I’ve mentioned this many times before, it’s the marketing and product positioning which makes Beadmaker such a hotly discussed product. And it always comes down to two things; its longevity and usage.
I’d you use this product purely based on what the bottle promotes (beads and long lasting protection) then you’ll be dissatisfied (besides you). Use it for what the product is good at and where it naturally fits in the detailing process and you’ll be buying gallons.
Simple.

Can someone with a black test panel please run this experiment between whichever quality Quik Detailer of your choosing vs. Beadmaker... And I’m not talking about some cute meaningless test where it’s used as a drying aid, I’m talking about using them as an actual Quik Detailer. 50/50 test.
Lets see if Beadmaker can do that without scratching the way I’m all but certain a quik detailer like Megs Last Touch can do. I’d love to see this put to rest already...

I would try but I don’t have a test panel, and I’m not convinced enough to try it on my wife’s recently corrected black paint. I do hope someone can try this though.

so even if it's a "better than the others" quick detailer. I still struggle with comparing it to a product like HD speed. But I think we've beaten that one to death haha.

Wouldn’t it be crazy if the Renny Doyle Spray & Shine leaves the paint looking better than BeadMaker but no one knew because everyone slept on it. Lol.
