Re: Mckee's Xtreme Iron Remover vs. Iron X Comparison
Looks great!
Thank you for doing this comparo! I'd been wondering how these two compare, as the lower odor of the McKee's is definitely appealing. Does memory serve correctly that the McKee's also doesn't need as thorough of a flushing after the fact as Iron X?

I couldn't tell a difference in that regard. If any other would be only a minimal difference.
Thanks

Found the thread I was trying to remember. Joe @next level used it in a situation where he didn't have access to a hose or anything - since McKee's is PH neutral, you can flush it with a lot less water.

A little off topic from your title... What products, pads, and machine did you use for paint correction? Also , what was your process on the chrome bumpers?

Can you be more specific in regards to comparing the odor of each product?
On a scale of 1 - 10, with Iron-X being a 10 in rank odor, where on the scale of odor would the McKee's product place?

Have you ever used Sonax full effect wheel cleaner? I would say Mckees smells somewhat similar to that. I would rank it at around 6... I use Optimum car wash right afterwards and end up with almost a sour candy smell as I wash the car. That brings it down to about a 3-4

With Iron X being a 10, I would put the Mckee's at a 5-6. Its really not that bad and much better than Iron X. To me that alone is a big selling point. Now factor in it works better in my opinion and pricing is better. Its a winner!

I do not like the smell or find either the two mentioned above as affective as Dodo Juice Ferrous Dueller.
