    Jescar powerlock

Hey guys, so Ive been thinking for using powerlock for some time now just wondering what are your thoughts on it? Worth the money? Lately I've been using griot garage sealant and have been pretty happy with it and has anything changed with the formula sense it's gone from menzerna to "jescar" thanks in advance guys

I've used Menzerna PowerLock quite a bit; I believe it is the same thing as Jescar. I really liked it. That and WGDGPS 3.0. Both worked well. However, I've moved away from sealants in general in favor of coatings and toppers.

Perfection is attained by slow degrees; it requires the hand of time. (Voltaire)

^^ this. The relationship is that Jescar has been the importer of Menzerna products for the North American market since the late 70's.

I took liked the product. Got a full season out of it. Easy to remove and provides a slick surface. That said, I've moved to coatings too.

    Re: Jescar powerlock

Jeacar PL is really easy application and removal. I used it a couple times last summer. Very durable. For a sealant, it does a good job of mimicking that deeper, richer look that carnauba provides (mush like WG deep gloss, I presume). It's not quite as bright/glassy as ULW, DG 111, UPGP, for example (the "sealant look"). It seems to darken metallics, in my experience. On lighter colors, I prefer the brighter look of some other sealants. But it's definitely worth the money (that's subjective, but I doubt you'd have any reason to be disappointed, particularly in the durability aspect).

Yes. Very rich for my deep blue car. Looking back at pictures, looks as good as my coated car does.

Powerlock and jescar are the same just different brand names. Powerlock is awesome sealant!
