Ultima Acrylic Spray Wax
I just gave the UASW a try for the first time about a week ago. Since then, I had a very light coating of dust settle on the surface. So I hit it with a pressure washer today for a quick rinse and proceeded to dry, forgetting to use my Uber as a drying aid as usual. I immediately noticed how slick the surface was, as a result of applying the Acrylic Spray Wax a week ago. Incredibly slick! So slick that I felt comfortable not even using a drying aid. That's a new one.
And I also noticed how hydrophobic it was when i was spraying it with the pressure washer. I'd venture to say it was the best beading/sheeting I've seen from a spray wax type product in a very long time. Gotta say- I like this one. I also noticed that it removed some water spots that wouldn't normally come off with a spray wax. Made me do a double take-- did I just see that?? Still sorta stumped about that aspect. Further testing planned.
I also noticed that when the product was sprayed on a still-warm hood, if I didn't wipe it off immediately, I'd be left with little dried spots of product. They came off really easily, but they would smudge a little bit, sort of like it does in the pictures of the Wolfgang Fusion spray wax that was recently released. It left me with a feeling that something more substantial was remaining on the surface, as opposed to being wiped off cleanly like Ultimate Quick Wax, for example.

Re: Ultima Acrylic Spray Wax
I just put UASW on a 27 foot black limo Saturday and I am now a big fan of this so called "Spray Wax".
Super slick, hydrophobic, easy to use and looks great.

Ha! Actually, I wanted to get a 100% water free application so to get a good feel for the product itself. Now that it's durability is not in question, I'll try it as a drying aid next time. I'm sure it's a great one.

Still have a little bit left. Very budget friendly and nice product. Works pretty well for a spray wax.

Thank you for the quick rundown.
Looks like the product has strong cleaning ability.
Is the water spot the visible kind or the ones that only show up when there's a layer of moisture atop of it? Some waterless solutions takes care it the ghosting at a swipe while others required multiple passes, I've noticed.
I was reading the instruction on another site and it says 1 ounce of concentrate into 22oz sprayer & 2 ounces to 3 gallons of h2o for rinseless. So twice the requirement vs UWW+, but if it works well then it's a non-issue.

Disregard the last part. I was looking at the waterless version, not the spray wax in question. Sorry about that.

To answer your question regarding the water spots-- These weren't etched type spots. Just some deposits that weren't removed through normal washing. I was just really surprised that the Ultima knocked them out. They weren't spots that were visible on dry paint outside. They were spots that were only visible under the fluorescent lights in the garage at a low angle.
