I am going to make this water disappear, Griot's Garage PFM Drying Towel review *Pic heavy

Griots Garage PFM Terry Weave Drying Towel
"PFM Stands for Pure Freakin' Magic"

This 25x35 inches Terry Weave Drying Towel with 860 gsm cost $38.99
Is it worth it? Yes! Worth every single penny in my honest opinion.

23x35 vs 16x16 folded twice (to show you an idea how big 25x35 is)

This grey colored towel with silk smooth black edging with red stitching gives you really pleasant, luxury feeling for a towel.

Tradition waffle weave towel vs PFM folded twice, notice how much thicker PFM is?

Now lets see this baby in action!
Car was washed with pinnacle waterless wash as maintenance wash and I rinsed front of the car with hose for test.

But before I use PFM, lets see what waffle weave towel can do.....

To complete dry, I had to go over couple times or even three and this thin towel is already soaked with water.

    Now PFM's turn......
This baby is so big, little big hard to hold it with one hand and take photo with other hand lol

Amazing result with just one pass!!

    Lets try this again

    Conclusion:
My first impression on this towel was, its so fluffy, very fluffy and heavy.... almost heavy as holding on ten 16x16 towels.
I am not complain about the weight, just staying the fact and I liked the heaviness, sturdy, felt like quality product (which it is)

Also drying was super easy and fun. I have tried different towels to dry a car, air dry etc, and PFM was the quickest and easiest.
it can hold a lot more water than waffle weave and just with one pass, you can get LSP ready surface.

I give this towel 5 stars!!!

I've never seen a waffle weave virtually leave all the water behind. Lol.

For me, a virgin [dry] waffle weave towel can dry just about any hood [the whole hood in 3 equal passes] with just laying it flat and pulling it across the hood.. Especially on normL sized smaller vehicles.

    Nice review!

That towel inhaled that water with one big gulp!

    Thanks for sharing.

Might just be my old eye-balls; but:
From here...The towel on the left doesn't
look like a "traditional" waffle-weave towel,
like the one you're using in the below photo.

I wasn't sure about all the hype on these towels, but I finally bought a couple packs to try them and they are Incredible! The only other towel that I've ever used that performs like these PFM's is the DMC from Microfiber Madness. And they cost about $6 more per towel. FWIW, I used only one 16x16 PFM to dry off our accord that doesn't have a great lsp on it. Great product for sure.
